1. Order Booking
Once Ordered; No Cancellation. No Exchange.

2. Proof Reading
Customers are requested to check the proof thoroughly and approve it at the specified time. If not,
the delivery date will be postponed

3. Delivery Schedule
Our aim is to deliver the goods on time. Sometimes, it may also change due to natural causes and other logistic reasons.

4. Printing (Text, Images and Info)

Please give us the correct, spell checked and complete info at the first instance itself for us to speed up the process.

5. Materials
There will be a slight variation in the shade & weight of the Paper/Board from the Mill/Handmade unit.

6. Printing Colours

We take utmost care in executing your valued orders. There will be a slight variation in printing colours
which is due to various raw material inputs.

7. Material Wastage
In the process of printing, a wastage of 2% to 5% will likely occur, which cannot be avoided.
This is a globally recognized fact.

8. Complaints
Please inform us if you have any complaints within 24 hours of your delivery.

9. Kind Attention
All boards (Metallic, Handmade, Imported Boards & Papers) will show unavoidable variations such
as colors, shades, thickness, stiffness and bulkiness due to various raw material input while
manufacturing. So, Kindly bear with us for the inconvenience.

10. Payments

100% payment in advance
